At Wacustom Furniture, operated by W & A CUSTOM FURNITURE LLC, we recognize that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. The guidelines below explain when and how cancellations can be accepted while allowing us to maintain efficient order processing and shipping.
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
If an order has been marked as shipped or has been assigned a tracking number, cancellation is no longer available.
Requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order to improve the likelihood of approval.
Orders identified as Final Sale or Non Cancellable are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation may also be declined if the order is already in transit or if unusual or suspected fraudulent activity is detected.
Send an email as soon as possible to info@wacustomfurniture.shop.
Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will review the request and confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.
Once a cancellation is approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
The refunded amount will typically appear in the original payment account within 5 days depending on your financial institution.
If the order has already shipped, customers should refer to the Refund Policy for return instructions after delivery.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before submitting payment.
If cancellation is requested due to duplicate purchases or incorrect address information, please provide complete details to help us resolve the matter quickly.
W & A CUSTOM FURNITURE LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the stated conditions.

Customers must contact us at info@wacustomfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please include:
Order number
A clear explanation of the issue
Clear photos showing the seeds and original packaging
Our customer support team will assess the request and provide a response within 1 business day, confirming whether the order qualifies for an exchange.
If a return is required, a return address will be provided.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
After the returned seeds are received and inspected, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2 business days, along with tracking details.
When an exchange is approved due to our mistake, including damaged or incorrect items, Wacustom Furniture will cover all shipping expenses.
If an exchange is approved for other reasons, all return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must retain and use the original packaging when returning seeds.
If items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the exchange request may be rejected.
