Seed Exchange & Replacement Policy

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Customers must contact us at luckysou@porterchicspaces.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the seeds and original packaging

Step 2: Review and Confirmation

Our customer support team will assess the request and provide a response within 1 business day, confirming whether the order qualifies for an exchange.

Step 3: Return (If Applicable)

If a return is required, a return address will be provided.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Replacement Shipment

After the returned seeds are received and inspected, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2 business days, along with tracking details.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • When an exchange is approved due to our mistake, including damaged or incorrect items, Wacustom Furniture will cover all shipping expenses.

  • If an exchange is approved for other reasons, all return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging Requirement

Customers must retain and use the original packaging when returning seeds.
If items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the exchange request may be rejected.
