At Wacustom Furniture, we are committed to shipping your seed orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, ensuring a clear and reliable experience for our customers.

1. Order Processing Time

All seed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are prepared and packed after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If any significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 4–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email for order monitoring.

3. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Box addresses at this time.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders over $50 USD

• Flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD for orders under $50 USD

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Special shipping promotions may be offered for a limited time and will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.

Wacustom Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues when possible.

6. Packaging & Product Protection

All seeds are carefully packed to protect them during transit and maintain product quality.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luckysou@porterchicspaces.com and include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution according to our return and exchange policies.
