Seed Refund & Return Policy

At Wacustom Furniture, we value every customer and stand behind the quality of our seeds. To ensure a fair and clear shopping experience, we have established the following refund and return policy for seed products.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, seeds must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging fully intact.
Custom items and final sale products are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will not be approved if seeds have been damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or handling after delivery.

A full refund will be issued if the issue resulted from our responsibility, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect seed varieties sent

• Seeds damaged upon arrival

• Shipping or fulfillment errors

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, please email luckysou@porterchicspaces.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Your email must include:

• Order number

• Reason for the refund request

• Clear photos (required if seeds are damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and respond within 1 business day with confirmation of eligibility and detailed return instructions, including the return address if applicable.

If a return is required, the items must be shipped back within 15 days of approval using a trackable shipping method. Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Important Information

• Refunds requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) do not include original shipping fees, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If the return is due to seed quality issues or shipping errors, Wacustom Furniture will cover all related shipping costs.

• Customers are advised to retain their return tracking number until the refund process is fully completed.

• Refund requests submitted after 15 days, or requests that do not follow the stated procedure, may be declined.
